Our Kiwanis club raises funds for local food pantries all year long (including Heart of the Hamptons, St. Rosalies, Sag Harbor Community Food Pantry, St. Marys and the Bridgehampton Child Care and Recreation Center Food Pantry). Aside from monetary assistance, many of our club members along with our High School Key Club students volunteer our time to help put holiday food packages together with Heart of the Hamptons each year. In 2024, in addition to our regular donations towards food we gave funds to help with equipment needed for the new Heart of the Hamptons facility. Every fall and winter our club organizes soup making nights where club members and other volunteers come together to make 1000+ quarts of soup that are donated to Heart of the Hamptons.
High School Scholarships
Our Kiwanis club is proud to provide 4 graduating seniors a scholarship every year. Two scholarships are given to deserving recipients from both Southampton High School and Hampton Bays High School. One recipient is selected by a scholarship committee, plus an additional scholarship is given to an officer selected by each school’s Key Club faculty advisor.
Flying Point Foundation for Autism
Each year our club hosts a charitable golf outing (most recently at The Rock Golf Club in Wading River). The proceeds of this golf outing are a major source of our charitable giving budget, including making a donation to The Flying Point Foundation for Autism. This local organization has an honorable mission which we are proud to support.

Our Kiwanis club supports Key Club service projects, attends Key Club meetings, provides opportunities to join our our clubs community outreach, as well as providng college scholarships for Key Club members. We are currently sponsoring the Southampton and Hampton Bays High School Key Clubs.

Our Kiwanis club recognizes, supports and encourages kids, through example, so they feel empowered to do great things in their communities. We support the K-Kids in Hampton Bays Elementary school and Builders Clubs in both Southampton and Hampton Bays middle schools.
